30ml Divine Raspberry Gin
20ml fresh single cream
20ml Chambord
5ml simple syrup
Ice

Method
Fill a shaker with ice
Add all the liquid ingredients to the shaker
Shake until chilled
Coat the rim of the glass with crushed biscuits
...and pour

Garnish
Add a coating of crushed biscuits to the rim of the glass and finish with a fresh Raspberry

25ml Chambord
Frozen Summer Berries
Lemonade
Grenadine
Ice

Method
Fill a glass with ice
Add Divine Raspberry & London Dry Gin to the glass
Also add the Chambord to the glass
Add your frozen berries
top up with lemonade
Add a touch more ice if needed
Finish with a drizzle of grenadine
...and stir!

No garnish, but a fresh Raspberry or other summer fruit will do the trick perfectly.

20ml Honey
20ml Fresh lemon Juice
Prosecco
A Lemon

Add ice to a shaker
Add all of your ingredients and shake well
Pour into a Martini glass
Top up with prosecco

Soda Water

Method
Add ice and mint leaves to a shaker
Add your ingredients and shake!
Pour into the glass
Top up your glass with Soda Water
Add some sliced or diced Strawberries to your delicious drink (We recommend 4)
Add additional ice
...and serve!

Garnish with a fresh sprig of Mint, and add a sweet Strawberry to the rim of your glass for that burst of colour

Strain contents of shaker into a glass and top up with Mexican Lime Soda
