Divine Cherry Bakewell

Courtesy of the guys from Mint Cocktail, a real show stopper to impress your friends

 

Ingredients

- 35ml Divine Raspberry Gin

- 15ml Cherry Liqueur 
- Fresh Raspberries
- 20ml Almond sugar syrup
- Prosecco

- Ice

 

Method

Into a cocktail shaker add:-

5 Raspberries

Divine Gin

Almond Sugar Syrup

Cherry Liqueur

Fill With Ice

Shake for 12 - 15 seconds

 

Presentation

Strain slowly into a champagne flute, using a bar spoon placed just on top of the cocktail pour Prosecco down the spoon, raising as the glass fills will keep the 2 elements separate. Garnish with raspberries, mix gently before drinking.

Divine G&T

Impress your guests with the perfect drink for any occasion. Garnish with a wedge of fresh pink grapefruit.

Ingredients

•  40ml Divine

•  15ml Dry white port

•  10ml Pink grapefruit juice

•  Mediterranean tonic

 

Method

Pour gin, port and fruit juice into a tall glass over ice and top up with tonic, stir gently.

 

Garnish

Pink grapefruit wedge and a sprig of thyme.

Divine Negroni

A Divine twist on a classic cocktail. Garnish with orange peel, whether it

be Valencia, Navel or Clementine.

 

Ingredients

•  25ml Divine

•  25ml Sweet wine (we used Sauternes)

•  25ml Aperol

•  1 dash of Angostura bitters

 

Method

Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker over ice, gently stir and pour into an ice filled tumbler.

 

Garnish

Orange peel twist.

Divine Angel

A beautifully fragrant and refreshing cocktail. Garnish with a couple of basil leaves and a slice of fresh ginger.

 

Ingredients

•  30ml Divine

•  20ml Elderflower liqueur

•  10ml Lime juice

•  5 Basil leaves

•  Ginger Beer

 

Method

Shake gin, elderflower, lime and basil leaves with ice in a cocktail shaker, strain into an ice filled tall glass and top with ginger beer.

 

Garnish

A couple of basil leaves and a slice of fresh ginger.
