Divine Cherry Bakewell
Courtesy of the guys from Mint Cocktail, a real show stopper to impress your friends.
Ingredients
- 
35ml Divine Raspberry Gin 
- 
20ml Almond sugar syrup 
- 
15ml Cherry Liqueur 
- 
Fresh Raspberries 
- 
Prosecco 
- 
Ice 
Method
Into a cocktail shaker add:
5 Raspberries, Divine Gin, Almond Sugar Syrup and Cherry Liqueur
Then fill your shaker with ice and shake for 12 - 15 seconds.
Strain slowly into a champagne flute, then place a bar spoon on top and pour Prosecco down the spoon.
Raising the spoon as the glass fills will keep the 2 elements separate.
Garnish
Add raspberries on top of the glass and mix gently before drinking.

Divine G&T
Impress your guests with the Divine take on a classic Gin & Tonic.
Ingredients
- 
40ml Divine Gin of your choice 
- 
15ml Dry white port 
- 
10ml Pink grapefruit juice 
- 
Mediterranean tonic 
- 
Ice 
Method
Pour Divine gin, port and juice into a tall glass over ice and top up with tonic. Stir gently.
Garnish
Add a pink grapefruit wedge and a sprig of thyme.

Divine Negroni
A Divine twist on a classic cocktail. Garnish with orange peel, whether it be Valencia, Navel or Clementine.
Ingredients
- 
25ml Divine Gin of your choice 
- 
25ml Sweet wine (we used Sauternes) 
- 
25ml Aperol 
- 
1 dash of Angostura bitters 
- 
Ice 
Method
Into a cocktail shaker add:
Gin, wine, Aperol and bitters.
Gently stir, then pour into an ice filled tumbler.
Garnish
Add an orange peel twist.

Top Tip - switch out your Divine Gin for Divine Vodka if you are a lover of Vodka Negronis!
Divine Angel
A beautifully fragrant and refreshing cocktail.
Ingredients
- 
30ml Divine Gin of your choice 
- 
20ml Elderflower Liqueur 
- 
10ml Lime Juice 
- 
5 Basil Leaves 
- 
Ginger Beer 
- 
Ice 
Method
Into a cocktail shaker add:
Gin, liqueur, juice and basil leaves.
Then fill your shaker with ice and shake for 12 - 15 seconds.
Strain once into an ice filled tall glass and top with ginger beer.
Garnish
Add a couple of basil leaves and a slice of fresh ginger.


Classic Gin Martini
An old time classic.
Ingredients:

70ml Divine Gin of your choice 
- 
14ml Dry Vermouth 
- 
Olive or Lemon twist, for garnish 
- 
Ice

Method
Fill a mixing glass with ice
Add the Divine gin and the vermouth
Stir well until chilled.
Strain into a chilled martini glass.

Garnish
Add a couple of Olives or a lemon twist.
